Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.

Shipping rates and delivery times

Delivery times are estimates counted from the dispatch date and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather and peak seasons can extend them. International estimates apply to Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia; delivery to other destinations can take longer, in some cases up to 45 days.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping rates.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address. If an order is returned to us for that reason, shipping it again is at the customer's cost.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your order arrives damaged, contact us with your order number (and photos, for damage) so we can look into it with the carrier. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery, as described in our Refund Policy.
